I don't Cinema - Movies

As you may know, I don't go to cinema , commonly I don't watch movies and I use Netflix just for some series. I love some movies yeas, even I've purchased on Apple Store and other DVDs - Blue Ray discs

Everyone talking about The Joker - bla bla bla...
I was not interested and long story, simply I don't watch it.

I being far away of cinema world , then I'm not updated and I don't know and... when I heard about The Joker and Joaquin Phoenix I was "disturbed" about all that, even I considered a cheat or fanatic wave the supposed fame and quality of Joaquin Phoenix in The Joker.
I thought: that Joaquin Phoenix, unknown actor? he looks like old and non-popular actor with his One Hit Wonder.
Since The Gladiator and Signs with Joaquin Phoenix, I didn't recognize him, I don't knew he was the same I could not recognize him ! we are older (o0)! and finally with shame I understand now the why so fame and popularity with his JOKER, of course, he has long actor carreer deserved awards-

my provider has onDemand movies too. ( 3 USD $ ) and sometimes I pay . yes!

commonly Netflix, HBO, Amazon or Disney for series and Docs ( the Morgan Freeman and Story of God , Nat Geo..... by now I'm not susbcribed.
netflix and : Love is bonus book (corean drama funny nice xD ) and Love Alarm
movies: really I don't Cinema Theater no .... even movies displayed aren't my favs. maybe I will wait for horror movies with my provider.

Seldom posted in this forum group because, as have already guessed, I don't go to cinemas either. To begin with I don't watch movies or a lot of shows, though I like documentaries and those are rarely shown in the local cinemas. One exception I know of might be an old cinema in town that holds special screenings from time to time. Online streaming is definitely a more varied source for other kinds of shows.

Yes and for example, Disney+ also has National Geographic, which contains a lot of great documentaries about wildlife.

I thought HBO also offers something?

Yeah, HBO has a catalog. I used to like NatGeo (the magazine), no interest in Disney though.
