since years ago this section without any post about health and salefcare, illnes or viruses !
in this pandemic viral months and nobody talking here !

I could only post:
lemonade and orange juice is healthy,
and one friend told me: the mask prevents YOU could spread something - not properly to you protect yourself, it can be so yes-
you could protect others even you being healthy

Haha that's right! The COVID has been going on for over 2 years, and perhaps everyone is too busy fighting it instead of talking about it!

Orange juice is healthy, but too much of that will mean too much sugar. Beware!

Here in Hong Kong, masks are still a must for public places. No idea when that will end...

Too much orange juice could also lead to gallstones/gallbladder pain.

Some types of masks (medical) can potentially provide protection to the wearer, if fitted well and worn properly.

The non-medical ones ... maybe temporarily preventing people from touching their hands to their nose/mouth could reduce the chance of infection by contaminated objects.

I saw info- the human body can consume certain number or miligrams of C vitamin , no more. it means: if you drink daily guayabas, orange, lemon, the capacity of C in your body is full, enough, drinking more is just waste.

Yeah, and drinking too much water in a given timeframe can be hazardous too. "Excess everything is the worst" basically sums it up.

I've known people getting sick or dangerous heatlh fall with "diets" based in water or only juices
some other people abuses of Tea -
let's walk 30 minutes daily in excercise fitnes plan and you can be a little bit ahead - it is not the same "I walk daily to job, I walk to sumpermarket, I clean up my house and it its hard - . no, it is not the same get tired exahust by activities than get tired by excercise fitness - hope you got what I mean .

Yeah, I'm very, very bad at sticking to any sort of exercise plan.

Maybe I need more suitable to get started.

How do you stay on track (pun unintended)?

Haha, I am resuming my exercise now, running 2km at least twice a week now...but not easy for me due to housework and taking care of my son. I will try to make that happen...
