When economy of V City is going strong, the Grand Emporium needs an upgrade too to expand its business. This is my first brick project to revive and add onto an existing building, which is pretty fun. Instead of just stacking more stories to the building, I had the idea of "adding new books" to it. Slicing the emporium into half and adding more blocks, and here it goes! The new Grand Mall now has more floor areas to accommodate the kitchenware, fashion and kid sections, together with a supermarket on G/F and a sky bar at the roof. The new annex makes the previous emporium a new icon in the city, reassuring its existence in the city.

I also make the model a "slice-able" one so that you can see all the different sections inside the Grand Mall!
